It doesn’t get more intimate than this.
On March 20 in the Big Apple, Pop Evil arrived to celebrate the release of their new album, What Remains, a day early. Just hours before the record was set to drop at midnight, the rhythmic and hardcore rockers took to the teeny tiny stage hosted by Cult of Individuality and SiriusXM Octane. The band played an acoustic set and an electric set, and as fans clamored around the barricade-less stage, they felt one with the group. Everything was simple, putting everyone in the room on the same playing field, on the same level – literally. It was glorious (much like the powerhouse 10-track record) and tight-knit in the best of ways.
