London is a place known for originating punk rock music, and though people are always saying that “real” punk rock is dead, Telegram comes straight from London and confirms that it’s not. They give off the classic punk glam in both their personas and through their music, but in the best way. The four-piece have been working on an album, Operator, that released on March 18 and appeals to fans of Brian Eno and Marc Bolan, both UK artists as well. In honor of this release, Telegram will make their way to New York for two shows—one at Baby’s All Right on March 23, and one at Pianos on March 24.
