Tibet House US is a nonprofit educational organization that seeks to preserve Tibetan civilization and culture and, for the past 25 years, they have held a real rockin’ annual benefit concert. Last year’s lineup included Patti Smith, Debbie Harry, The Flaming Lips and Miley Cyrus, and featured some unforgettable collaborations between the artists. Curated again by Philip Glass, this year’s roster includes Sharon Jones, FKA Twigs, and, of course, Iggy Pop. Pop is currently in the wake of career rejuvenation as he prepares to roll out his new album, Post Pop Depression, a collaboration with Queens Of The Stone Age’s Josh Homme. The concert will be held at Carnegie Hall on Feb. 22.
