They rocked out in the ‘90s, but fell into a hiatus toward the end of the millennium. Failure, the alternative rock band who’d pumped out three records in six years, are back with their first full-length album in nearly a decade. And although there are nine years between their newest record, The Heart Is A Monster, and their ‘96 album, Fantastic Planet, these guys still maintain their original sound. Smooth vocals are accompanied by electronic sounds bleeding from guitars and assorted instruments. Don’t miss Failure as they roll into Webster Hall on Aug. 13 and The Electric Factory on Aug. 14.
