COIN: Heating Up New York

Hailing from Nashville, COIN are jumping in on the fun. Celebrating the release of their debut, self-titled album, the foursome will embark on a series of tours this summer. Currently, they’re jamming it up with Betty Who, but will join in with Neon Trees and Fictionist in July—and then head out for their debut performance at Lollapalooza. COIN seem to pride themselves on their ‘90s-style tunes. Although their first album is mostly led by guitars, there is still a hint of nostalgia for those of the Backstreet Boys generation. The indie pop band will continue their hectic summer festivities in Philadelphia at the Theatre Of Living Arts on July 21 and at New York’s Irving Plaza on July 22.
