Buzz Osborne continues his American tour with stops in NYC and Philly. Known for being the frontman of Melvins, King Buzzo took a slight detour from his metal persona with his first solo album, This Machine Kills Artists. Though the album is completely acoustic, Osborne manages to bring the intensity and rawness of metal to the folk-rock genre, hardly sounding like Bob Dylan and definitely not singing about answers blowing in the wind. King Buzzo will play for his loyal subjects on July 13 at Santos Party House in Chinatown, July 14 at The Wick in Brooklyn and July 15 at Underground Arts in Philly.
