It may be going too far to say that Kenny Wayne Shepherd is surviving Stevie Ray Vaughan’s legacy, but this man’s playing has earned him the respect of pioneers across the blues community. Riding on a 20-year career that began at age 18, Shepherd has since sold millions of albums while sharing a stage with King himself, along with The Stones, Bob Dylan, Van Halen, and many others. He will be performing at the State Theatre in New Brunswick on June 17, The Paramount in Huntington, NY on June 19, and B.B. King Blues Club in NYC on June 21.
