After years of being active in bands on the New York music scene without much success, songwriter Noah Stitelman decided to take matters into his own hands and create the electronic act, Neighbors. Feeling that he had been rushed to produce something in past musical endeavors, Stitelman worked on writing the LP and perfecting its structure for a year before heading into the studio to record the debut album, Failure, which was released at the beginning of the month. To celebrate the disc, the band will be performing at Glasslands in Brooklyn on March 29.
