Portland seven-piece Ages And Ages are touring in promotion of the release of their second full-length, Divisionary. A rock band known for having vocal duties covered by all of its members, they combine the tone and sometimes darker lyrical explorations of indie folk with the pleasing sensibilities of light rock, creating heavily layered music that is difficult to digest fully in a single listen. You can catch them in New York City at the Bowery Ballroom on March 31 and at the Mercury Lounge on April 1. They’ll also stop by Union Transfer in Philadelphia on April 2. The two NYC shows are 21+, so make sure to bring ID along with open ears and an open mind.
