Psychedelic jam rock trio Pontiak released their latest studio album, Innocence, on Thrill Jockey Records in January, marking the band’s eighth studio release. The group consists of three brothers—lead vocalist/guitarist Van Carney, bassist Jennings Carney and drummer Lain Carney—who were always involved in the international music scene, but didn’t come together to play music until 2004. They will be wrapping up their East Coast tour at Union Pool in Brooklyn on March 6 before heading to Europe in the spring in support of the record.
