Celebrating a lifetime of accomplishment to the tune of the Nov. 26 release of the lost studio session from 1970, Peter Walker—who recently released his first solo guitar record with vocals, Has Anybody Seen Our Freedoms?—will be proudly appearing at Union Pool in Brooklyn on Dec. 18. The show marks Walker’s first performance in the NYC area in seven years and his only show in 2013. The record had been stored in a converted bread truck for decades before it returned to become Peter’s manifesto. It’s self-described as a requiem of the ‘60s, chronicling lovers on the run, anti-war movement adventures, and living off the grid in Mexico, California, Detroit and New York.
