Blackmore’s Night: Renaissance Responce

Blackmore’s Night was formed by ex-Deep Purple and Rainbow member Ritchie Blackmore and his wife, Candice Night. As they both had an interest in Renaissance songs, they decided to create a rock band with elements of classic Renaissance and medieval music. Since 1997, they have released eight albums, with 2013’s Dancer And The Moon being the most recent. The group will be performing on Nov. 7 at the South Orange Performing Arts Center and on Nov. 10 at the Newton Theater.
