New Jersey native Matt Mondanile will be bringing his Brooklyn-based ambient pop project Ducktails to the Museum Of Modern Art for a show in the Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Sculpture Garden. Ducktails began in 2008 as a solo-project for the Real Estate guitarist, but have grown over time to feature more consistent membership and are coming off the Jan. 28 release of their fourth studio album, The Flower Lane. The LP is out on Domino Records, which is a change from the numerous, much more obscure labels that handled Ducktails’ earlier releases. The July 25 show is free with standard admission to the museum, and doors will open at 5:30 p.m.
