This summer, Romanian brass ensemble Fanfare Ciocarlia are bringing their unique and internationally acclaimed Gypsy sound back to North America for a tour. The natives of Zece Prajini village are known for their fast-paced rhythms, rapid-fire horns and a knack for creating memorable covers of songs like “Born To Be Wild.” Their live acts are electrifying and truly one of a kind. There will be a free Central Park SummerStage show on July 14 at 3 p.m., followed by an after-party performance at Drom for $10, doors at 8 p.m.
