To support their latest release, Deveykus are playing a show over at Littlefields in Brooklyn on June 27. Dan Blacksberg’s interesting take on the trombone really helps put the band on the map. Deveykus’ debut album, Pillar Without Mercy, was released June 18 via Tzadik. Alongside the experimental quintet will be Les Rhinocéros and Pitom, who are also on Tzadik. Doors for the show open up at 7:30 p.m., and according to the venue’s page, the first band is set to go on around 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 and the show is 21+.
