Hem: Sewn Together Again

After a significant wait, Hem have released their first album since 2009. Departure And Farewell is the Brooklyn-based indie folk band’s comeback and will be celebrated by a tour. Starting on April 17, Hem will head up the East Coast and out towards Ohio, making a stop to play a hometown show on May 4 at the Bowery Ballroom. The other show that is closest to the area will be in Philadelphia in June, but there’s no need to wait that long. Tickets for the show are $20, doors are at 8 p.m., and the show is 18+.
