Haitian singer Emeline Michel will be performing at Harlem Stage on March 8 and 9 in celebration of her new release, Quintessence. Novelist Edwidge Danticat, storyteller Jean-Claude Martineau, and opera singer James Germain, all of whom are very prominent Haitian voices, will accompany Michel. A special post-concert discussion will take place on March 8 with Michel and her guests. Doors are at 7:30 p.m., and tickets range from $28-35. Don’t miss out on this truly special event.
