Recently-reviewed supergroup The Company Band are hitting the road for a few rare shows. With members drawn from Clutch (vocalist Neil Fallon), CKY (drummer Jess Margera), Fireball Ministry (guitarist Jim Rota) and Fu Manchu (bassist Brad Davis), the five-piece (rounded out by guitarist Dave Bone) are celebrating the release of their new EP, Pros And Cons, issued by Clutch’s label, Weathermaker Music. Of the three shows, two are in the area and you can catch their corporately-themed hijinks at the Underground Arts in Philly on July 26 or the Saint Vitus Bar in Brooklyn on July 27.
