Novalima, a Latin alternative, Afro-Peruvian group is coming to the U.S. with intentions of making a name for themselves in the States. They are playing in New York on July 8 at Sounds Of Brazil. Their reggae, jazz, Latin and salsa beats make them a diverse group of musicians. The live band consists of 10 musicians while the official members are Rafael Morales, Grimaldo del Solar, Ramón Pérez-Prieto and Carlos Li Carrillo.
