The dynamic quartet that is the Michael Williams Band will be hitting the stage on Thursday, Nov. 17, at the B.B. King Blues Club. Formed in 2001, the group consists of Michael Williams on vocals/guitar, Gerald “Tugboat” Turner II on bass, Ryan Shea Smith on keyboards and Darin Watkins on drums. Their latest release, June’s Fire Red, was produced by the legendary Eddie Kramer, who has worked with Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin and The Rolling Stones amongst others. Headlining the show will be Delbert McClinton. Doors open at 6 p.m. and tickets are $45 in advance.
