Primus: Going Green

For those of you who know what the ‘Frizzle Fry’ days were, the funkadelic bassist who brought us “Too Many Puppies” and “Pudding Time” from Primus is back. Les Claypool has produced and engineered his band’s first Primus album in 11 years, Green Naugahyde, which he and the band will be supporting with a full-on tour. Jay Lane is behind the kit, Larry LaLonde is on guitar and the trio will be performing at the Roseland Ballroom in New York City on Sept. 30 and in Philadelphia on Oct. 1 at the Tower Theatre.
