The alternative rock band The Smithereens will be headlining the second day of the Maplewoodstock Festival on Sunday, July 10. Formed in Carteret, NJ, the quartet is led by singer/songwriter Pat DiNizio, and the gang will be playing hits from their latest album, 2011, as well as some past favorites. The annual Maplewoodstock is an all ages, free event that is held every year at Memorial Park in Maplewood, NJ. The festival begins at noon with The Smithereens set to perform at around 7 p.m., so grab the kids and head on out to hear some great music.
