Matthew And The Atlas, a folk-alternative band will be coming to headline in New York this month after supporting Mumford & Sons on their U.S. tour. Formed in 2009 releasing two EPs, To The North and Kingdom Of Your Own, Matthew And The Atlas became well-known for their live shows with the use of storytelling lyrics and dedicated musicianship, consisting of a talented guitarist, banjo player, pianist, accordion player and drummer. Experience the band at both Mercury Lounge on June 22 where doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and Brooklyn’s The Rock Shop on June 24 where show will begin at 8 p.m.
