Black Joe Lewis And The Honeybears are out promoting their latest release, Scandalous, and bringing their funky twist on R&B to stages all across the nation and to our Canadian neighbors. The band will be playing a two shows on June 12 in New Jersey and New York City. You can catch their free performance at The Big Apple BBQ at 4:30 p.m., but if you can’t make that you can jump on the funk wave later that night at Maxwell’s in Hoboken. Doors are at 8 p.m. and tickets are $18 in advance, $20 at the doors.
