Steve Salad, the ex-King Of France leader, will be playing with his new project, The Poison Tree, on Wednesday, March 23, at Joe’s Pub in NYC. The singer/songwriter’s band plays primarily folk music. Their self-titled debut album was recently released on March 15 and, with emotional lyrics, the gifted Brooklyn native Salad certainly plays his heart out. The show starts at 9:30 p.m. and tickets are $14, in what is sure to be a memorable night to witness a local talent in action.
